You have 30 days after receiving your item to process a return. You are responsible for any payments due to returning the product.

Returns from the UK cost £4 and can be made via our Returns Portal above. Exchanges can be made using the same portal.

Complete our returns form which will be located in your original delivery (if no returns form is included, please email support@trailberg.com to receive a new one).
