We aim to make receiving and returning your Trailberg order as simple and transparent as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery options, shipping times, costs, and how to return or exchange an item if it’s not quite right. If you need further support, our customer service team is here to help.
If for any reason your question cannot be answered by the below, please reach out to support@trailberg.com and one of our team will be able to assist. The team work 9-5 Monday to Friday and will respond to your query as soon as we can.
Delivery timeframes are a live representation at the time of ordering and are subject to change. If you've already placed an order, please check your shipping confirmation email for your specific delivery timeframe and tracking link
For orders to the UK we offer shipping both express shipping options via Fedex and DPD. We endeavour to process orders the same working day. *Orders must be placed before 2pm GMT for next working day delivery.
Express deliveries to the UK are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. International order delivery times vary depending on the order location.

Delivery costs vary based on the provider and order location. We offer free express shipping for UK orders over £70. For a full breakdown of international shipping costs, view our delivery page.
We offer free delivery for UK orders over £70.
We endeavour to dispatch orders same working day when processed before 2pm. If orders are placed post 2pm they will be dispatched the next working day. For orders placed over the weekend, dispatch will be next working day.

Yes. Order tracking will be sent following dispatch.
Yes. You have 30 minutes post ordering to update product selection, sizing, or delivery information. To edit your order, check your order confirmation.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to process a return. You are responsible for any payments due to returning the product.
Online orders must be returned via the online returns portal. In store purchases must be returned to store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically underwear. We also cannot accept returns gift cards.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange items purchased from any third party Trailberg stockist.
UK returns are £4 and this will be deducted from your refund.

We will notify you once we receive and approve your order. If approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. We endeavour to process returns between 5-7 days from receipt in our warehouse.

Discounts and Offers
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or refuse any promotional offer or discount at any time without prior notice.
Yes, we offer student discount through UNiDAYS. In order to redeem your discount, log into your UNiDAYS portal to receive your exclusive code.
Yes. To redeem your student discount in store simply tell the customer advisor at checkout and present your UNiDAYS code.
No, we currently do not offer Blue Light Card discount, however we offer exclusive discounts and rewards through our loyalty programme.
Our Mountain Mileage loyalty scheme rewards our members for shopping with us and joining the community. Members can earn between £5 and £50 off their purchases by shopping through Trailberg and earning points.
We reserve the right to withdraw any customers from Mountain Mileage at any time.
Product Care
Yes. Iron on a cold setting only. Avoid using high heat, as it may damage the fabric or trims. If possible, iron on the reverse side of the garment.
Always follow the care label inside your garment. We recommend washing on a cold cycle with similar colours to help maintain the fit and finish.

Loyalty
Mountain mileage is our free rewards programme, designed to give back to our community.
Every time you shop with us or complete selected activities, you’ll earn Mountain Miles that can be redeemed for exclusive
vouchers on future purchases.
Joining Mountain Mileage is completely free. Simply create a Trailberg account and you’ll automatically become a member.
You’ll also receive 200 Mountain Miles just for signing up, so you can start working towards you first reward straight away.
There are plenty of ways to earn Mountain Miles. You can collect miles by shopping with us, creating an account, signing up to our newsletter, following us on Instagram and TikTok, joining Team Trailberg on Strava, referring friends and celebrating your birthday.
The more you engage with our community, the more Mountain Miles you’ll earn.
Your Mountain Miles will be valid for 1 year from the date they are earned. Any unused Mountain Miles will expire after 12 months so be sure to redeem them before they expire and enjoy your rewards.
Redeeming your Mountain Miles is easy. Once you’ve earned enough miles, your available rewards will appear at checkout.
Simply select the reward you’d like to use, and we’ll automatically apply it to your order.
You can redeem your Mountain Miles for money-off vouchers, helping you save on your next Trailberg purchase.
You'll receive your birthday Mountain Miles on your birthday, as long as you've added your date of birth to your account at least
30 days in advance.
If you add or update your birthday within 30 days of your birthday, your reward will be delayed by 30 days from the date you saved the information.
This helps us protect the programme from fraud and ensures rewards are issued fairly.
Share Trailberg with your friends and earn rewards along the way.
Simply refer a friend through our referral programme. Your friend will receive their reward to use on their first order, and once they make a qualifying purchase of £50 or more, you'll receive 500 Mountain Miles as a thank you.
It's our way of rewarding both of you for growing the Trailberg community.
