We aim to make receiving and returning your Trailberg order as simple and transparent as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery options, shipping times, costs, and how to return or exchange an item if it’s not quite right. If for any reason your question cannot be answered by the below, please reach out to support@trailberg.com and one of our team will be able to assist. The team work 9-5 Monday to Friday and will respond to your query as soon as we can.
Delivery timeframes are a live representation at the time of ordering and are subject to change. If you've already placed an order, please check your shipping confirmation email for your specific delivery timeframe and tracking link
For orders to the UK we offer shipping both express shipping options via Fedex and DPD. We endeavour to process orders the same working day. *Orders must be placed before 2pm GMT for next working day delivery.
Express deliveries to the UK are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. International order delivery times vary depending on the order location.

Delivery costs vary based on the provider and order location. We offer free express shipping for UK orders over £75. For a full breakdown of international shipping costs, view our delivery page.

We endeavour to dispatch orders same working day when processed before 2pm. If orders are placed post 2pm they will be dispatched the next working day. For orders placed over the weekend, dispatch will be next working day.

Yes. Order tracking will be sent following dispatch.
Yes. You have 30 minutes post ordering to update product selection, sizing, or delivery information. To edit your order, check your order confirmation to edit.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to process a return. You are responsible for any payments due to returning the product.
Online orders must be returned via the online returns portal. In store purchases must be returned to store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we receive and approve your order. If approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. We endeavour to process returns between 5-7 days from receipt in our warehouse.

Discounts and Offers
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or refuse any promotional offer or discount at any time without prior notice.
Yes, we offer student discount through UNiDAYS. In order to redeem your discount, log into your UNiDAYS portal to receive your exclusive code.
Yes. To redeem your student discount in store simply tell the customer advisor at checkout and present your UNiDAYS code.
No, we currently do not offer Blue Light Card discount, however we offer exclusive discounts and rewards through our loyalty programme.
Our Mountain Mileage loyalty scheme rewards our members for shopping with us and joining the community. Members can earn between £5 and £50 off their purchases by shopping through Trailberg and earning points.
We reserve the right to withdraw any customers from Mountain Mileage at any time.

Yes, we are able to refund or exchange your online order in either of our retail stores. You must bring your item unworn and in its original condition with tags alongside your receipt or order confirmation and our store assistant should be able to help you from there.
